During the early 1900s, there were many changes in fashion, however, none were as drastic as what occurred during the 1920s.

During this decade sports fashion underwent some of its most radical transformations to date. A new era was dawning with the arrival of new styles such as tracksuits and flamboyant costumes for soccer players, baseball players began wearing more colorful uniforms while American football players wore more outlandish outfits with huge padding under their jerseys. It was also a time when race relations were at an all-time low after the events known as ‘The Great Red Scare’ where thousands of people were arrested due to their involvement in communist groups or due to rumors they had spread about these groups. This created fear amongst Americans that anyone could be accused of being a communist sympathizer and therefore discriminated against because of their race or beliefs. In response to this discrimination, black athletes started forming teams that would play against white teams rather than playing together as a team so their sports style history.

The mid-19th century was his turning point in the formation of the sport. A community was born, and different directions were born. Both men and women were interested in sports. The first attire adopted by women for sport was beach ensembles of short uncorseted dresses and loose trousers. A little later came rock pants made for cycling. Then there was a pause, and only in the eighties of the twentieth century, the style of the sport began to develop, adopting the already familiar outlines. This trend was started by aerobics. Fit and slender Cindy Crawford's workout records were seen by women all over the world, so the fashion for bright prints, leggings, and sneakers spread rapidly - in such outfits, Cindy herself and her "support group" was engaged in aerobics. Gradually, the girls began to wear training clothes in their daily routine - leggings, voluminous T-shirts, headbands, and baseball caps.

Ten years later, the outfit became fashionable. Now days it is more and more popular, and people call it "Athleisure Style", since it is comes from the words 'Athletic' and 'Leisure'. It was an almost universal and flexible style for them to go to work, friendly meetings, and the store. Over the years, the direction has undergone many changes. Modern models are far from boiled jeans, colored leggings, and bandanas, but the basic principles of sports style have been preserved - Comfort, freedom, and different colors of images.
